Angela is a Toronto-based fine artist, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Integrated Media from OCAD University, where she specialized in Digital Painting and Expanded Animation. Her work has been featured at RAW Toronto’s Magnify exhibit and the T.O Uncovered Music and Arts Festival, where she showcased nature and urban based photography, along with her calligraphy and illustrations.
As a digital illustrator, Angela's work explores the balance of simplicity and complexity, drawing inspiration from nature and everyday objects. Using Procreate, she creates textured and expressive brushstrokes that resemble traditional drawing techniques- such as shading, line work, and pointillism.
Through intricate details, she adds depth and realism, while capturing the essence of objects and the memories they evoke. This invites the viewer to appreciate the elegance of fine lines, while recognizing the details that bring her work to life.
